Before you begin:

If you already completed the setup process on your iPhone, you will need to erase your iOS phone and start over. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
Make sure there’s enough storage for your content on your new iPhone. (We recommend using a Cloud product to reduce what you store on your phone).
Your previous Android device must have Android 4.0 or higher.
Make sure Wi-Fi is turned on and connected on your Android device.
Check that both phones are fully charged or connected to a power source.
