Refund Process

After signing up, you’ll get a text message with an activation link, where you can complete the subscription process. This is a required step to access your Hulu subscription and all its benefits.

If you have any questions you can:

1. Click on the SMS on your mobile phone.
2. Choose “I Have a Streaming account”
3. Enter the email associated with your existing streaming account.
4. When prompted, click “You already have a streaming account. Click here to log in.” The link is highlighted in red.
5. Log in to your existing streaming account.
6. Select streaming, which is the plan that is included with your ABC wireless plan. You will no longer be billed by streaming.
7. Click Submit
